Aceasta se refer\u0103, de exemplu, la preg\u0103tirea pionilor, vestelor sau mingilor.<br \/><br \/>Ascult\u00e2nd cu aten\u021bie \u00een timpul antrenamentului \u0219i \u00eendeplinindu-\u0219i bine sarcinile, b\u0103ie\u021bii pot c\u00e2\u0219tiga \u0219i puncte.
